On the eve of the European Championship, was held elections of a new President of the European Karate Organization (EKO) and the Board members.
The previous President and Board members of EKO were elected in Lithuania on April 12, 2019. for the period 2019-2023.

Board member: Romas Vitkauskas, Lithuania
Board member: Koen Scharrenberg, The Netherlands
Board member: Michael Soderkvist, Sweden
Board member: Boris Nikolov, Bulgaria
Board member: Jan Bulow, Denmark
Board member: Anca Wallmen, Romania
Now, board members must elect a Vice President. This position is currently held by Romas Vitkauskas from Lithuania.
