Another heavy and great loss in the Kyokushin world. At the age of 74, one of the founders of Kyokushin karate in Hungary, Furko Kalman, 8th dan (Furko Kalman), has passed away.
For more than 50 years in Kyokushin, for many people he was a teacher and a person who made his precious contribution to the development not only of Hungarian Kyokushin, but also in many other countries.
“Thay say that kyokushinkai karate is a way of life. At first, karate only externally enters a person’s daily life, but later it really happens, as Sosai said to Masutatsu Oyama.”
Shihan Furko Kalman, 8 Dan.
