IKO Summer Camp program:
– improvement of kihon-geiko, ido-geiko, kumite and kata in this interpretation of kata (bunkai) – technique and tactics of fight Kyokushin karate – exams up to 4 Dan inclusive.
During the camp, there will be several sessions for the judges, whose aim is to familiarize themselves thoroughly with the rules of IKO sport competition.
